Saracens prop Mako Vunipola has been called up to England's 32-man squad for the QBE International against Fiji at Twickenham.
England will take on the Pacific Islanders on November 10 - with Vunipola pushing hard for a first cap after an impressive start to the season.
Wasps flanker James Haskell,
Monye, a key figure as Quins claimed the Premiership title last season, returns to the international set-up for the first time since 2010 - while Haskell and Youngs both toured with the squad in the summer.
England head coach Stuart Lancaster said: "As a coaching team we can't wait to go into camp and get the guys focused on what will be a massive challenge in the QBE Internationals - Fiji and then the three major Southern Hemisphere teams in successive weeks.
"We have been impressed with some of the rugby we have seen in the Aviva Premiership and Heineken Cup
"It's great to be able to give Mako a chance in the squad. He has come through our age grade sides and made a real impact at Saracens.
