Samit Patel completed his maiden century for England before the tour opener against India A in Mumbai ended in a draw.

India A reached 124-4 in their second innings when a draw was agreed to bring an end to the three-day fixture at the Brabourne Stadium.

Patel went to his century from 161 balls, including 14 fours, but chipped tamely into the covers shortly afterwards.
Yuvraj followed up with another wicket later in the same over, Matt Prior, who had raced to 51 from 52 deliveries with nine boundaries, edging to slip.
Bresnan (33) and Anderson (19) added useful lower-order runs before Yuvraj completed his best first-class figures of 5-94.
England play two further three-day warm-up fixtures before the start of the first Test.
